Middle School Eligibility:
No younger than 11yrs and no older than 14 yrs by Sept 1 of the current school year.

High School Eligibility:
No younger than 14 yrs and no older than 18 yrs by Sept 1 of the current school year.

Practice Begins at the end of July.

Mondays: 5:30-7:30 pm - Varying Parks or Tracks
Wednesday: 7:00-8:00am - Varying Parks or Tracks
Saturdays: 7:00-8:30 am - Varying Parks or Tracks

Meets generally last from 7am to noon in August, September, and October.
