Step 2: LHCAA Membership Form

Complete the LHCAA FAMILY MEMBERSHIP FORM and pay the membership fee. (This is a once-yearly fee that covers your entire family for the school-year, for all sports.) Once submitted, you will be prompted to another screen for payment through PayPal. You will have to log in to do this. If you don’t already have a lubbocktitans.org login, please choose 'Register Now' to create a login. These credentials are good for all Lubbock Titans sports pages.

If you have already done this for another sport or from playing volleyball in the fall, you do not need to complete this again until August.
This step will need to be completed again by August 1, 2024 for eligibility in the 2024 season.

Step 3: Sign Up for Volleyball

Complete the LHCAA Titan Volleyball online roster sign-up under your age group (High School or Junior High) found on the volleyball page. It is the white “Sign up now” box on the Sport Homepage, or you may click the box below.
You may be asked to login again for this because you are entering the volleyball page - use the same credentials from the main Titans site.
Sign Up Form is due by June 17.

Step 4: Medical Release Form and Player & Parent Expectations & Liability Release Forms

Print and complete the Medical Release Form and the Player & Parent Expectations & Liability Release Forms for EACH athlete you are registering even if you have already done so for this or another sport.

• Scan both forms and email to admin-volleyball-jh@lubbocktitans.org. Medical Release Form, Player & Parent Expectations & Liability Release Forms, and birth certificate (Step 6) can all be emailed together.
• iPhone users can use the yellow Notebook app and Android users can use Simple Scanner or their camera. Any scanning app will work.

Step 5: Birth Certificate

• Scan a copy of player's official birth certificate and email it to admin-volleyball-hs@lubbocktitans.org by June 17. Medical Release form (Step 4) and birth certificate can be emailed together in one email.
  Birth Certificate is due June 17.
• Medical Release Form and Player & Parent Expectations & Liability Release Forms are due June 17.

Step 6: Pay Team Fees

• Complete the Team Fee form. You must pay for EACH ATHLETE SEPARATELY. No bulk family payments.
  Price for all new players: $650
  Price for returning players: $600 (HS Only)
  
• This form and payment are due in two payments: 1st half due June 17, 2nd half due August 15.
