• Registration is open February 1st - February 28th
• Meet the coaches night is March 10th at 6:00
• The season will begin March 24th and end May 23rd.
• You must have a LHCAA family membership prior to registering for soccer.
• Medical release forms can be filled out online.
• All communications will be through the TeamSnap App. You are automatically enrolled upon registration.

• Titans Soccer is composed entirely of volunteers, and parent participation is a mandatory factor in the success of this program.
• Titans Soccer gives its athletes an opportunity to develop self-control, deal with loss and victory, time limits, and opponents in a Christian manner.
• Titans Soccer is a co-ed recreational soccer league that is coached in an academy style and places children in teams according to their age.
• We strive to provide our athletes a competitive yet fun atmosphere while promoting Christian values.

• LHCAA Titans Soccer is open to all students that are at least 51% homeschooled (excluding 4- & 5-year-olds).
• LHCAA Titans Soccer is open to all students ages 4 through 18 (or grade 12) as of February 15^th for the spring season.

• An annual LHCAA membership fee of $75 per family will be assessed, and the LHCAA Membership Form must also be filled out. It renews in August each year.
• Registration fees are $75.00 for one player, $140.00 for two players, and $200.00 for three or more players.
• All players must register to play.

THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW ARE NOT PROVIDED BY TITANS

• Shin guards are mandatory for all practices and games.
• Long socks must cover the shin guards (any color is fine).
• Soccer cleats are recommended but not mandatory. Cleats specific for another sport are not allowed, neither are open toe shoes, boots, or crocs. 
• Soccer ball (size 3 for ages 3-7, size 4 for ages 8-11, and size 5 for ages 12 and up)
• Water bottles and sunscreen
• Label all balls and water bottles with first and last name.
• Remember Texas weather: It can be hot, sunny, windy, cold, and wet all on the same day. Have players dress appropriately. Warm clothes may be worn under jerseys.

• Know where you are assigned to work.
• Chairs or blankets to sit on, water, a jacket, and sunscreen.
• A good attitude and a willingness to help.

• Parents may not leave children at the field without an agreement with another parent (non-coach) to be responsible for them.
• Parents need to stay in the field area and not in the car in the parking lot.
• Children may not be in the parking lot without an adult.
• If players are of driving age and will be driving themselves to practices or games, please let Chrystal Gerron or Jessie Head know. Older players may not be responsible for younger siblings.
• Children are not allowed to climb on the fence, hang on the goals, or play with nets.
• Do not climb trees.
• No one is allowed on the playground at any time.
• You may park in any of the parking lots or on the street.
• We will fill out and sign an incident report for each injury or behavior incident that will require a signature of acknowledgement from both parent and LHCAA admin.
• Players must stay in their assigned technical area painted on the field during the game.
• Parents must pick up their player from their practice area when practice is over. We will not send players to find their parents elsewhere on the field.

• All of LHCAA Titans Soccer coaches are volunteers.
• All of our coaches undergo a background check.
• All parents and players are expected to show respect to coaches.
• Once the teams are set (after the season begins) your player’s coach will contact you. Let the coach know when each player will be absent by adding availability through TeamSnap.
• Players are only allowed to play on their assigned team.

• Our referees are paid officials that have gone through training.
• The referees are the authority of the field. If you do not agree with the referee’s calls you may talk to the team’s coach, not the referee.
• Referee complaints should be directed to Thomas Head.

• Do not heckle or give direct commentary to referees. You can be removed.
• Do not talk to or stand by the Assistant Referees.
• No sitting on the end lines or in the painted technical areas.
• No Tobacco allowed at the field or parking lot.
• No Vaping allowed at the field or parking lot.
• No Alcohol allowed at the field or parking.
• No foul language
• Be a cheerleader!
• Be encouraging!

• Coaches will not discipline your children. They will give age-appropriate expectations at the first practice. If there is a problem, a player will be given a warning. The next time the player is corrected, they will be asked to go sit with their parent. You will then need to go talk to the coach at the next break or end of practice, whichever is sooner.

• Games and practices will be canceled or delayed for lightning within 10 miles of the field.
• Practices and games will be canceled for sustained wind speeds over 30MPH.
• For ages 9 and below, games and practices will be canceled for wind chill temperatures below 40*F. For ages 10 and older games and practices will be canceled for wind chill temperatures 32*F and below.
• Decisions for cancellation will be made by 4:00pm.
